Coconut Filling:
1/4c Coconut oil
3 & 1/4 cups of shredded coconut
1/4 cup maple syrup
2 teaspoons Matcha Latte
Choc Coating:
1/4cup melted coconut oil
1/4c maple
1/4c cacao
Add to food processor Coconut oil, shredded coconut, maple syrup, Matcha Latte & blend lightly
Press ingredients evenly & firmly into silicon mould
Freeze 1 hour
Chocolate coating
In a bowl add melted coconut oil, maple syrup & cacao then mix well.
Prepare wire rack on the bench
Remove mould from freezer & pop out the coconut fillings from moulds
Dip squares into chocolate
Place on rack & freeze for approximately 30 mins
